Monitoring - Update: Our investigation is now complete. All Verifymyage systems are operating as expected — verification checks are being carried out and recorded correctly, and the note update request is being sent successfully to eBay.
We've identified that eBay is acknowledging our request to update the order note with a success response, but the note is not persisting on their side. This points to the issue sitting with eBay's platform rather than ours. We've raised a support ticket with eBay and they are now investigating.
There's no further action needed on our systems, so we're moving this incident to "Monitoring". We'll continue working with eBay to resolve the note-persistence issue and then provide further updates.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue where verification notes are not being added to eCommerce orders in your marketplace orders panel (e.g. eBay). Our technical support team is investigating.
Age verification itself is unaffected — orders are still being checked as normal, and results are being recorded correctly.
In the meantime, you can view the verification status of your orders in the Verifymyage dashboard: https://verify.verifymyage.co.uk/login
Notes for affected orders will be added retrospectively once resolved.
